2nd & Salmon is set up for gatherings that need room to breathe.

Ideal for groups of 12 or more, the space features a full bar and kitchen setup with a pizza oven, a mezzanine overlooking the main floor, and a roll-up door that brings in natural light and a true warehouse-meets-hospitality feel.

The layout works equally well for seated dinners, standing receptions, tastings, workshops, and celebrations.

The Office is your go to for smaller, more intimate space built for focused gatherings and conversation forward events.

Best suited for smaller groups, it offers a warm, comfortable setting that feels private without being formal.

It’s a great fit for team meetings, wine tastings, brainstorming sessions, or casual get-togethers where connection matters more than scale.

FAQs

  • No. All events are fully client-managed. You are responsible for booking your own vendors (catering, bartending, décor, entertainment, etc.). We can share recommendations, but all arrangements must be made directly with your chosen providers.

  • We do have some items available for rent. However, we encourage clients to use their own rental company to ensure they have exactly what they need for their event.

  • Yes, we can provide a list of trusted local vendors upon request. However, you are free to choose any licensed and insured vendors you prefer.

  • Yes. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits and licenses for your event, including (but not limited to) alcohol service, live music, amplified sound, and food service.

  • You and/or your vendors are responsible for all set-up and tear-down. This includes arranging furniture, décor, AV equipment, and returning the space to its original condition after your event.

  • All clients are responsible for cleaning up after their event. This includes removing trash, decorations, and any personal items. The space must be left in the same condition it was provided.

  • All items must be delivered and removed within your rental time. Storage before or after your event is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved.

  • No. We do not provide staff for event management, bartending, catering, or security. If your event requires staff, you must hire through your own vendors. If you want to use inside staff, this must be requested and approved prior to your event.

  • Your rental fee covers use of the event space for the agreed time period. Any additional equipment, staffing, or services must be arranged separately by you.

  • Sometimes things take a bit longer than anticipated and overtime fees may apply if you exceed your contracted rental period.

    This includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Try to give yourself enough time to for everything that needs to be done.
